Shipping and exchange and return policy

Below we reproduce  Boobam policies so that you can make your purchase easily and conveniently.

" How to buy on Boobam's website?

First you need to create a Boobam account.

After selecting a product and clicking on the "buy" button you will be guided to determine the shipping address, the chosen method of payment and confirm your purchase. 

Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you and the seller.

How to talk to a seller (designer) on Boobam's website?

Contact the seller via the "send message" buttons on the store page or "talk to the artist" on the product page.  For security reasons, it is not allowed to share personal data such as email, telephone, website and address (on Boobam's website)

How do I know my purchase has been shipped?

When your product ships you will receive a confirmation email.  You can also check your order status under " my purchases " in your Boobam account.

For questions about delivery, contact the seller by clicking "send message"  on request . In order for the seller to receive payment for the sale, it is very important that you confirm receipt of the product via the link sent by email.

How to return a product?

In the event that the buyer USER wants to withdraw from the purchase after acceptance is expressed, he must contact the seller USER (Studio Marcia Limmanii) informing the cancellation. If the product has not yet been sent to the purchasing USER, once the cancellation has been formalized, that is, the seller USER has been informed of the cancellation of the purchase, the amounts paid will be reversed. In the event that the product has already been sent to the buyer USER, he/she will have to wait for the arrival of the product and, within 07 (seven) calendar days of receipt, notify the seller USER about the cancellation and arrange for the return of the product. After returning the product, the amounts paid will be reversed.

Who is responsible for delivering the sale?

The seller (Studio Marcia Limmanii) is responsible for delivering the sale.

I made a purchase, the delivery time has passed and I haven't received it yet, what should I do?

First of all know that we only release the payment  to the seller after having proof that the delivery has been made. Each salesperson (Studio Marcia Limmanii) is responsible for processing and dispatching their sales, in this case, first try to make a  contact  direct with the seller ( marcialimmanii@gmail.com ).

How do I cancel a purchase?

Contact Boobam  here . Please do not forget to send us the following information: order number, your email, telephone number and the reason for cancellation."
